Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Spazzy Magee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nick Black will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black lands with a nice combination. Magee backs away looking to recover.
Magee slips under a jab from Black.

Magee looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Black!
Magee looking to control but Black is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Magee landing punches.
Magee trying to control but Black is having none of it.
Black blocking the ground and pound.
Magee takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Magee is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Black can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Magee throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Black really wants to buck Magee off and get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Magee is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Black has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Magee looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Black is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Black really wants to buck Magee off and get back to his feet.

Black's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
