Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksander Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Betoligo Fomatcho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivanov comes into the arena with Step Into A World (Rapture's Delight) blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Ivanov darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
That has opened up Betoligo Fomatcho's cut even more.
A left lands for Ivanov.
Fomatcho changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ivanov tries to avoid it but Fomatcho manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ivanov to the ground. Ivanov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ivanov connects with a jab.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The cut above Betoligo Fomatcho's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Ivanov cracks Fomatcho with an open hand slap.
Ivanov scores with a decent looking hook.
Ivanov scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Betoligo Fomatcho's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Betoligo Fomatcho's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Aleksander Ivanov!
