Subz comes to the ring accompanied by Speak - Stop The War. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Subz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rune.

Rune shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Subz manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Rune drops back, looking for a kneebar! Subz looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Subz looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Subz!
Rune is looking for a sweep.
Subz remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Rune looks to move to half guard but instead Subz has passed into mount! Damn!

Rune is trying to defend against the choke here but Subz has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Subz Tightens the hold and Rune taps out furiously! Subz displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
