The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez throws a lazy right hand but Coffee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sanchez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coffee swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Coffee manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sanchez manages to get himself to full guard.

Sanchez looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Coffee has picked Sanchez up and slammed him! Sanchez can't keep hold of the triangle and Coffee manages to pass to side control!

Coffee postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Sanchez sneaks back into half guard.
Coffee is looking to advance position but Sanchez won't allow it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Coffee throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Coffee wants to free his trapped foot but Sanchez is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Sanchez is looking for a sweep. Coffee is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Coffee is looking to take a break and control but Sanchez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Coffee is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close round but I would say that Oscar Sanchez will probably get the nod.

Sanchez is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Coffee jumps into side control!
Coffee misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Coffee tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Coffee has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Coffee tries to score with some ground and pound. Sanchez controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Coffee is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Sanchez is trying to escape and Coffee transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Sanchez is forced to tap! Nice work there by Coffee! Very nice indeed!
