The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson blocks a head kick by Scaletta.
Tyson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Tyson lands with a straight right. Scaletta didn't see that one coming.
Tyson dodges the punch combination from Scaletta.
Tyson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Scaletta fails with a takedown attempt.
Tyson moves out of range of the body kick.
Tyson blocks the body kick.
Scaletta misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Scaletta fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tyson avoids it really well and circles away.
Tyson misses with a double jab.
Scaletta moves in looking to clinch but Tyson pushes him off.

Tyson connects with a looping right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Scaletta looks to land a body kick but Tyson moved away.
Tyson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Scaletta drops his hands momentarily and Tyson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Vitto Scaletta has been cut.
Scaletta clinches but Tyson breaks the clinch
and Tyson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Scaletta steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tyson.
Scaletta takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Scaletta throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Scaletta shoots in for a takedown but Tyson shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vitto Scaletta. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Scaletta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tyson tries to avoid it but Scaletta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tyson to the ground. Tyson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Scaletta falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tyson counters with a right hand to the body.
Scaletta is breathing heavily.
Tyson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Tyson cracks Scaletta with an open hand slap.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Scaletta takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Scaletta tries to move into range but Tyson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Scaletta. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
A left and a right from Tyson both land. Nice combination.
Scaletta swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Tyson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Scaletta takes one to the chin there.

Vitto Scaletta's cut is getting worse.
Tyson misses with a combination
and Scaletta cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tyson throws the left hand but Scaletta avoids the punch easily.
Tyson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Tyson moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Scaletta looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyson is fending him off so far but Scaletta persists. Nope, Tyson circles away and we're back to standing.

Vitto Scaletta's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Scaletta has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tyson finds it's way round the side to connect with Scaletta's head.
Oh Scaletta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tyson is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Scaletta had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Scaletta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tyson's waist but Tyson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Scaletta off to one side.
Scaletta seems to have got his legs back now.
Scaletta is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Jeez, Vitto Scaletta's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Tyson lands a big shot that drops Scaletta! Can he finish him?

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Vitto Scaletta's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
