Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucca Turpitudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leeroy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turpitudo comes into the arena with It Doesn't Matter - Dwayne Johnson blaring out of the sound system. Lucca Turpitudo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Jenkins throws a push kick but Turpitudo slaps the foot to one side.
Jenkins wants to land a leg kick but Turpitudo is out of range.
Leeroy Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turpitudo moves out of range as Jenkins throws a body kick.
Jenkins tries a head kick but it misses.
Jenkins misses with an attempted mid kick.
Turpitudo thows a body shot but no joy.
Jenkins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Turpitudo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Turpitudo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jenkins with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Turpitudo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jenkins's guard.
Turpitudo working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jenkins's head.
Turpitudo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Turpitudo seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
