Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garcia Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell comes to the cage accompanied by Ice Cold. Garcia Vega has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chuck Liddell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Garcia Vega!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Chuck Liddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liddell takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Liddell throws a sloppy head kick and Vega moves out of range easily.
Liddell turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Vega fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Liddell manages to avoid it.

Liddell rushes Vega and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Liddell escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Vega keeps the fight on the outside.
Vega thows a left - swing and a miss!
Liddell tries to clinch up.
Liddell throws a lazy right hand but Vega sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vega shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Liddell defends it nicely.
Liddell throws a head kick but Vega moves out of range.
Liddell misses with a head kick.
Liddell throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Liddell throws a head kick but Vega moves out of range.
Liddell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vega shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Vega.
Vega looks to throw the jab but Liddell is out of range.
Vega shoots in for a takedown but Liddell shows good takedown defense.
Vega throws an overhand right that lands on Liddell's shoulder, as Liddell tries to avoid the shot.
Liddell tries to clinch up but Vega circles away and keeps his distance.
Vega swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Liddell gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Vega working hard to break the clinch.
Vega is trying to break the clinch but Liddell has him pressed against the cage.
Liddell putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Vega in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Vega is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Liddell crunches a lovely knee into Vega's ribcage.
Vega looks gassed!

Liddell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Liddell lands an overhand right.

It looks like Garcia Vega has been cut.
A thudding body kick lands there by Liddell!
Liddell connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Vega takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Liddell lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Liddell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Liddell circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Vega drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Liddell follows Vega to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
