Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Jerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Eddie Farnsworth and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jerman fails with an attempt to clinch.
A head kick misses from Jerman.
Jerman blocks a head kick by Tyler.
Tyler swats away the attempt to clinch by Jerman.
Jerman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tyler paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tyler should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Jerman counters with a left and a right that stings Tyler.

Jerman drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Jerman working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Tyler can't do much from the bottom here.
Jerman tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Jerman is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Tyler's shoulder. That is not cool.

Tyler is looking for a sweep.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Tyler is trying to control Jerman's posture but Jerman avoids it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jerman tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jerman has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Tyler tries to escape but Jerman is in control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jerman scores with a couple of short elbows.
Jerman takes a little break here. Tyler wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Jerman's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Jerman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Tyler tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Tyler wants to control but Jerman postures up.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Tyler tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jerman wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

BOOM! Jerman connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Tyler is rocked!
Tyler tries to lock up and control but Jerman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Tyler is still in real trouble! Can Jerman finish him?

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jerman controlling the pace for now.
Jerman looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Tyler covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
