Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Wax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Burroughs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wax comes to the cage accompanied by Never Quit. Burroughs has chosen Simple Man By Shinedown as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burroughs fails with a takedown attempt.
Wax with a jab.
Wax shoots and misses
and Burroughs counters with a leg kick.
Burroughs shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Wax is trying to defend but Burroughs finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Burroughs is keen to just control but Wax is a slippery customer.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Wax counters with a series of strikes. Burroughs will be more careful next time no doubt.

Burroughs closes the distance and clinches up with Wax, looking for a takedown. Burroughs pushes Wax against the cage but Wax circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
