Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Charly Wingate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Ringseal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ringseal is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "Man in the box". Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ringseal uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wingate.
Wingate misses with a few strikes there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ringseal looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ringseal closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Wingate wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ringseal has him pressed against the cage.
Ringseal is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Wingate struggles to land a body shot inside as Ringseal controls his hands.
Ringseal gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Ringseal looking to sit in guard and control but Wingate gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Wingate working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ringseal's head.
Wingate throwing strikes but missing.
Wingate with a flurry of punches that miss.
Wingate postures up in Ringseal's guard and throws a big left but Ringseal blocks it.
Ringseal wants to get back to his feet but Wingate is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ringseal is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Ringseal has momentary wrist control but Wingate slips an elbow through the middle.
Wingate lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Wingate throws a strike but Ringseal rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Wingate on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wingate tries to get out of the position.

Ringseal trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Wingate throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Wingate is looking to stand up but Ringseal isn't so interested in that idea.

Wingate kicks Ringseal off and gets to his feet.
Wingate shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ringseal's guard.

Wingate keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ringseal's head.

Wingate passes Ringseal's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Wingate seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Wingate drops an elbow to the side of Ringseal's head.
Ringseal pushes Wingate off looking to stand but Wingate dives back in and keeps control.
Wingate thows a huge punch but Ringseal dodges it nicely.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Wingate lands a nice short elbow.

Wingate has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ringseal is looking for a sweep. Wingate is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Ringseal pushes Wingate off and gets back to his feet.

A right-left combo lands from Wingate.
Wingate throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ringseal stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wingate throws a right hand that Ringseal ducks under and follows up with a left that Ringseal also avoids with ease.
Wingate lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ringseal at a distance.
Wingate scores with a body shot.
Wingate takes a swing at Ringseal's ribcage but misses.
Wingate closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ringseal quickly recovers to half guard.
Ringseal is looking to control Wingate's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ringseal avoid being mounted?
Wingate passes to full mount!
Wingate lands a heavy elbow.
Wingate scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Ringseal?
Wingate landing strikes from the mount and Ringseal is in trouble!

Wingate is landing with some decent strikes but Ringseal is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Ringseal is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wingate lands a big shot to the head and Ringseal winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
