Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mick Foley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bran Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foley lands a lovely overhand right.

Foley lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Foley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Li tries to avoid it but Foley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Li to the ground. Li escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Li is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Foley uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Li has time to react.

Foley does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Foley seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Foley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
