The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luu is looking to clinch but Junior is avoiding it.
Kova Luu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Junior throws the left hand but Luu avoids the punch easily.
Junior misses with a straight left.
Luu catches Junior with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Luu throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Junior's waist but Junior gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Luu off to one side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Junior keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Luu decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Junior moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Luu misses with a takedown attempt - Junior sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Luu loads up on a big right hand but Junior slips the punch.
Junior throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Luu sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Luu.
Kova Luu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vadik Junior will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Luu shoots in looking for a takedown. Junior tries to sprawl out of it but Luu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Junior manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Luu displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Junior throws out the jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Junior throws an uppercut from hell that sends Luu clean off his feet! He's out cold! Junior stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
