PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milo Kroton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erling Mathias Havna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kroton comes to the cage accompanied by Mastodon - Blood and Thunder. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kroton fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Havna avoids it really well and circles away.
Some bone on bone action there as Kroton checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Kroton throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Havna sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kroton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kroton fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Havna on the side of the head.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Havna tries to buck Kroton off but Kroton is having none of it.

Kroton tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kroton has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kroton sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Havna is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Havna parries the strikes from Kroton easily there. Kroton is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Havna to escape.

Havna really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kroton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kroton postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Havna out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Kroton goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
