Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, BIZZ NESS!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for NESS with that takedown attempt.
Shilt throws a head kick but NESS moves out of range.
Shilt really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Shilt misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
NESS fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by NESS or perhaps it was just good defense by Shilt which made him look bad.
Alan Shilt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BIZZ NESS.
Shilt bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of NESS's head.
It looks like BIZZ NESS has been cut.
Shilt throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
NESS shoots in for a takedown but Shilt shows good takedown defense.
Shilt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but NESS moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shilt throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Shilt lands a big head kick that sends NESS tumbling to the mat! Shilt takes a step backwards and waves NESS back to his feet - he wants the finish!
This has been an exciting period of action!
NESS uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shilt.
NESS blocks a head kick by Shilt.
NESS shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Shilt but Shilt pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as NESS checks a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
NESS looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Shilt wants to stand but NESS is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
NESS wants to control from the top but Shilt keeps moving.
Shilt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Shilt manages to escape and get back to his feet.
NESS looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Shilt stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Shilt wants it to stay on the feet.
Shilt throws a sloppy head kick and NESS moves out of range easily.
Shilt slaps away a takedown attempt from NESS, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Shilt throws a head kick that half lands.
That has opened up BIZZ NESS's cut even more.
Shilt throws a nice looking combination but NESS bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Shilt lands with a hook. NESS tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The cut above BIZZ NESS's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Shilt lands a big head kick that sends NESS tumbling to the mat! Shilt takes a step backwards and waves NESS back to his feet - he wants the finish!
BIZZ NESS's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at BIZZ NESS's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Alan Shilt!
