Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulic blocks a head kick by Fn.
Mat Bulic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fn avoids a kick to the body.

Bulic scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Bulic misses with an attempted head punch from side control.

Fn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bulic throwing shots but Fn is blocking nicely.
Bulic thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Fn's head.
Bulic is thwarting Fn's attempts to control the position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bulic wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fn keeps working.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

A head kick from Fn lands but Bulic takes it in his stride.

and Bulic counters with a nice uppercut.
Fn tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Fn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Fn drops back looking for a leg! Bulic is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bulic manages to kick Fn off! Fn jumps back into Bulic's guard.
Fn landing with the ground and pound.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Fn thows a big elbow that misses.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bulic looking to control.
Fn trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Fn sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fn advances position into side control!
Bulic is pushing Fn's head away, looking to escape. Fn manages to hold on to the position though.
Fn works to advance to full mount. Bulic defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Fn unloads with some shots from mount but Bulic bucks and avoids them well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Poor strikes thrown by Fn there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Let's hope that Fn has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Fn fakes the leg kick and cracks Bulic in the body.
Fn throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Fn lands with a kick to the temple. Bulic shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Fn throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bulic.
Fn goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Fn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bulic avoids it really well and circles away.

Bulic jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fn walks away with a smile on his face. Bulic gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Fn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Bulic shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Fn napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Fn keeps Bulic under control for a moment.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Fn sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Bulic avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Fn looking for a triangle here. Bulic is fighting it but it looks tight! Fn pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Bulic is tapping out - this one is all over!
