Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keembo Sluce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buck Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen Queens of the Stone Age - Goin Out West as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keembo Sluce!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Buck Jones!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Franklyn Lucas and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sluce shoots in and drives through. Jones sprawls well.
Jones misses with a two punch combination.
Jones misses with a looping right.
Sluce moves out of range as Jones strikes.
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sluce manages to avoid it.
Sluce tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range.
Jones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
Jones connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Keembo Sluce has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sluce.
Sluce shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keembo Sluce. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sluce shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jones throws the left hand but Sluce avoids the punch easily.
Jones lands a nice shot that snaps Sluce's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sluce throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jones tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sluce is in Jones's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sluce wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.
Sluce would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Jones manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Sluce moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Jones throws a nice looking combination but Sluce bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jones is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Jones tries to bum rush Sluce with a series of wild strikes but Sluce uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jones cracks Sluce with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Sluce tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.
Jones thows a body shot but no joy.
Jones dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sluce is breathing heavily.
Sluce moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Jones connects with a right hand. Sluce shakes it off.
Jones scores with a hook.
Jones sends Sluce crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jones is motioning to the referee to let Sluce up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Sluce is rocked!
Sluce drops his hands momentarily. Jones doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Sluce staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Sluce doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Buck Jones!
