Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roll moves in looking to clinch but Partridge pushes him off.
Roll fails with a takedown attempt.
Roll shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Partridge as he jumps to the side.
Roll shoots in looking for a takedown. Partridge tries to sprawl out of it but Roll keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Partridge manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Adam Partridge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dynamite Roll.
Roll tries for a takedown but Partridge sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Partridge misses with a low kick.
Roll moves out of range of the body kick from Partridge.
Roll doesn't manage to clinch there - Partridge circles away.

Roll throws a solid leg kick but Partridge takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Roll.

Nice takedown defense from Partridge. No joy for Roll on that attempt.
Some bone on bone action there as Roll checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Partridge looks to land a body kick but Roll moved away.
Roll shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Partridge but Partridge pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Roll is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roll is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Roll is controlling an arm, preventing Partridge from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Partridge throws some wild stikes that Roll manages to avoid easily.
Roll tries to lock up and control but Partridge gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Roll avoids a series of strikes thrown by Partridge.

Partridge wants to finish this one by submission but Roll is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Partridge.
Roll is trying desperately to improve position.

Roll tries to improve his position but Partridge has taken his back! Partridge has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Roll tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Partridge pushes Roll away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
