Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gary Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serj Tankian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gary Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Serj Tankian!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel shoots for a double leg takedown but Tankian sprawls well. He's pushed Steel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tankian throws a leg kick which misses Steel's front leg but catches the back leg as Steel tries to avoid it.

Tankian moves into range and clinches up with Steel.

Tankian manages to break the clinch.

Steel looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Tankian tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Steel looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Steel not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Steel is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Tankian slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Steel thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Tankian really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Steel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Steel drops back looking for a leg! Tankian is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tankian manages to kick Steel off! Steel jumps back into Tankian's guard.

Steel looking to sit in guard and control but Tankian gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Steel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tankian can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Steel pulls Tankian in close to prevent any damage.

Tankian wants to control from the top but Steel keeps moving.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Tankian drops back looking for a leg! Steel is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Steel manages to kick Tankian off! Tankian jumps back into Steel's guard.
