The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ribeiro shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Atreides manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Atreides has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Relson Ribeiro wasn't active enough on the ground.
Ribeiro takes a jab right on the kisser.
Ribeiro chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Atreides can pounce on him.
Atreides dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
