Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between George Chavalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lazarus Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Enter Sandman - Metallica. George Chavalo had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Chavalo can pounce on him.

Chavalo rushes Jones and presses him up against the ropes.
Chavalo has Jones pressed against the ropes, preventing Jones from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jones has had enough of the clinch but Chavalo keeps him there for the moment.
Chavalo working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Chavalo keeps control of Jones as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Chavalo prevents Jones from breaking the clinch.
Jones wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Chavalo has him pressed against the ropes.

Jones jumps into guard, dragging Chavalo to the mat.
Jones wants to hit a switch here but Chavalo passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Jones there!
Jones can't escape the position.

Jones tries to improve his position but Chavalo has taken his back! Chavalo has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Jones tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Chavalo pushes Jones away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
