Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tnayrb Zruc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and fernando campos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

campos looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Zruc!
campos thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Zruc is looking to get to half guard.
campos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zruc. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

campos goes for an armbar but Zruc turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Zruc.

campos wants to get back to his feet but Zruc is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Zruc feints and then cracks campos's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow campos down.
The fighters circling - campos throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Zruc shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and campos counters by moving into the clinch.

campos is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

campos tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no campos has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

campos feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Zruc is on top in guard.

campos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Zruc is just riding it out for now. campos eventually gives up the hold.

campos drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and campos jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
campos is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

campos uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

and campos counters with a nice double leg into side control. Zruc won't be happy with that.

campos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zruc keeps working.

campos swings around for an armbar but Zruc sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into campos's guard.
campos wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Let's hope that campos has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well campos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
