Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Mentzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Fenix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mentzer has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fenix displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mentzer throws out the jab.
Mentzer looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Mentzer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fenix feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fenix works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Fenix has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Mentzer defend it? Fenix steps over the head and cranks it - Mentzer is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Fenix!
