Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tariq Ziyad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Korter Poundre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poundre comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Did My Time kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziyad keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Poundre is breathing heavily.
Poundre throws a hook to the side of Ziyad's head but Ziyad sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ziyad.

Ziyad feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Ziyad is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Poundre looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ziyad gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Poundre is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ziyad lets go of the hold and Poundre can pop his arm back in it's socket.
