The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chamberes dives in and grabs Berry's left leg, looking for a takedown. Berry pushes down on Chamberes's head and hops out.
Chamberes looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Berry scores with a one two! Chamberes had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Berry wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Chamberes, who protects the arm well.
Berry has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Chamberes!

Berry is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Chamberes is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Chamberes flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Berry anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Chamberes and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Berry slips an arm under Chamberes chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Berry has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Berry is squeezing on Chamberes like an anaconda would it's prey. Chamberes fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
