The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kempy shoots in looking for a takedown. Yiu tries to sprawl out of it but Kempy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Yiu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kempy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kempy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenny Kempy. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kempy lands a nice leg kick that just misses Yiu's sensitive parts.
Kempy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yiu sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kempy somewhat.

Yiu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kempy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Yiu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Yiu misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kempy shoots and misses
and Yiu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Kenny Kempy has been cut.

and Yiu counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Lok Yiu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kempy is breathing heavily.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Yiu moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Kempy! Yiu continues to tee off on Kempy, landing with a left and a right! Yiu connects with a right hand that leaves Kempy sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Yiu!
