Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barbados Slim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedor comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kanye West - Stronger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dante Fedor has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Barbados Slim's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slim lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Slim connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Fedor takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Fedor tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Slim paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Slim checks a low kick from Fedor.
Slim bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Slim misses the jab.
Slim checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Fedor fails to land with a series of punches.
Fedor tries to close the distance and clinch but Slim swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Slim just misses with a punch to the body.
Slim throws out a loose jab but Fedor uses good head movement to avoid it.

Slim throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fedor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Slim is in Fedor's guard.
Slim scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Slim drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Slim jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Slim content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Fedor is looking to stand up but Slim isn't so interested in that idea.

Slim working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Fedor's head.
Slim trying to control the position from guard on top but Fedor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Slim is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fedor wants to stand up but Slim is controlling him.
Slim is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Fedor wants to stand and escape but Slim is having none of it.
Slim works over Fedor with some ground and pound from guard.
Slim makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Slim is in close to Fedor's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slim scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slim wants to control from the top but Fedor keeps moving.
Slim stands and throws Fedor's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Fedor pushes Slim away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Slim gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Slim staying calm.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Slim working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Slim cracks Fedor with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Fedor prevents Slim from moving into mount.
Slim wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fedor keeps working.
Slim lands an elbow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fedor is not content to let Slim control the position.
Slim looks up at the clock and then as Fedor takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Slim smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fedor is trying to get back to his feet.
Slim advances to full mount.

Slim is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Fedor to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Fedor shrugs it off.
Fedor is squirming around, avoiding Slim's attempts to control the action.
Slim scoring with strikes but Fedor is staying in there.

Slim wants to finish this one by submission but Fedor is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Slim.
Fedor is in a horrible position here. Slim smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Slim cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Slim is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Fedor is surviving well by controlling Slim's body position as best he can.
Fedor is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Slim is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Fedor can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Slim loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Fedor scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Slim land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Slim stands and salutes the crowd.
