Ivey comes to the cage accompanied by Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH. Stark has chosen Cmon Feel The Noise as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ivey throws out the jab.
Stark fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
No joy there for Stark, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stark slips a jab from Ivey.
A right-left combo lands from Stark.
Ivey slips a jab from Stark.
Stark buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Stark feints a jab promting Ivey to slip. Stark then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ivey slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Phil Ivey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stark moves out of range of the body kick from Ivey.
Ivey throws a sloppy body shot
and Stark counters with a series of strikes. Ivey will be more careful next time no doubt.
Ivey misses the body punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
A punch lands to the side of Ivey 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Ivey moves forwards but Stark connects with a nice, crisp jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stark lands a nice looking kick to the body. Ivey takes a step back to recover.
Stark ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Stark throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Stark lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ivey misses with a body punch
and Stark counters with a three punch combo that has Ivey backing up. Ivey nods at Stark to acknowledge the strikes.
Ivey looks to score with a jab to the body but Stark is just out of range.
Ivey on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Stark uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ivey.
Stark is looking to slow Ivey down with leg kicks.
Ivey misses the jab.
Stark smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Ivey throws a head kick that misses
and Stark counters with a right hand to the body.
Stark scores with a body shot.
Ivey is breathing heavily.
Ivey misses with a body shot
and Stark counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ivey tries to land a body kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Stark lands with a right hand.
Stark throws a sloppy head kick
and Ivey counters with a body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ivey walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Stark scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ivey in his tracks.
Stark is working the combinations to good effect here.
Stark throws a nice looking combination but Ivey bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Stark scores with a nice strike.
Ivey is rocked!
Stark explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Oh Ivey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Stark moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Ivey! Stark continues to tee off on Ivey, landing with a left and a right! Stark connects with a right hand that leaves Ivey sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Stark!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Thomas Stark! Thomas Stark retains his light heavyweight title!
