Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooks tries to bum rush Tamad with a series of wild strikes but Tamad uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tamad shoots in looking for a takedown. Brooks tries to sprawl out of it but Tamad keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brooks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Brooks throws a right hand that Tamad ducks under and follows up with a left that Tamad also avoids with ease.
Tamad shoots in for a takedown but Brooks shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tamad is looking to clinch.
Brooks tries to sprawl but Tamad drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Tamad seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Brooks has recovered full guard.
Tamad stops Brooks from standing up.
Tamad drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Brooks manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Tamad has Brooks in his guard.
Brooks gets to his feet. Tamad looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Gabriel Brooks is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tamad avoids a kick to the body.
Tamad does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Tamad needs to keep his hands up - Brooks had a free shot at his head there.
Tamad tries to clinch but Brooks moves out of range.
Brooks throws a half hearted mid kick.
Brooks lands a left and a right that send Tamad crashing to the mat, dazed. Brooks thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Tamad is rocked!
It looks like Juan Tamad has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brooks throws a quick head kick that knocks Tamad silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Brooks is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
