The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TheRipper misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
TheRipper wants to clinch up but Fitzer keeps it at a distance.
Fitzer lands a high kick!
A big head kick from Fitzer and TheRipper is sent sprawling to the canvas!

TheRipper is rocked!
TheRipper is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Fitzer dives into side control.
TheRipper is still in real trouble! Can Fitzer finish him?
TheRipper tries to buck Fitzer off but Fitzer is having none of it.
A lull in the action here.
Fitzer scoring with punches and elbows.
TheRipper is looking to get back to his feet here but Fitzer is keeping cool and he's managed to take TheRipper's back.
TheRipper seems to have recovered his senses.
What can TheRipper do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

TheRipper controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
Fitzer keeps control of the position as TheRipper tries to break free.
TheRipper trying to control the hands but Fitzer won't let him.
TheRipper turns into Fitzer and is now in his guard.
TheRipper tries to stand but Fitzer is controlling from the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Fitzer wants to stand up but TheRipper is controlling him.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
TheRipper throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
TheRipper chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Fitzer can pounce on him.
TheRipper looks gassed!
Nice shot lands for Fitzer.
Fitzer really is a fat lump.
Fitzer tries to clinch up.
Fitzer plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
TheRipper misses with a wild combination.
Fitzer scores with a spinning back kick!

Fitzer has taken the fight to the clinch.

TheRipper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Perk Fitzer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fitzer keeps the fight on the outside.
TheRipper avoids a punch combination nicely.
Fitzer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fitzer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Fitzer tries to close the distance and clinch up but TheRipper swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Perk Fitzer has been cut.
TheRipper swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

TheRipper throws a left that rocks Fitzer and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! TheRipper dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Fitzer regain composure!

Fitzer is rocked!
TheRipper slows the pace down.
Oh Fitzer is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fitzer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fitzer tries to get out of the position.
Fitzer dodges the ground and pound from TheRipper.
Fitzer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
TheRipper working the body and head with strikes.

TheRipper decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Fitzer seems to have got his legs back now.
Fitzer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Fitzer wants to clinch up but TheRipper keeps it at a distance.
TheRipper lands with a big left! Fitzer is wobbled badly! TheRipper comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Fitzer to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
