The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oneale fails to land the takedown.
Oneale tried to score with a low kick but HAWK checks it.

Oneale closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
HAWK is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Oneale drops an elbow to the side of HAWK's head.
Oneale uses his free foot to push down on HAWK's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for HAWK.
Oneale lands with some vicious ground and pound - can HAWK hang on?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
HAWK tries to hold on but Oneale postures up.
Oneale tries to control but HAWK wriggling away.
Oneale scoring with strikes but HAWK is staying in there.
HAWK tries to get back to half guard but can't.
