The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Echano stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Ness.

Ness feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Echano's calf.
Ness cracks Echano with a right hand to the side of the head.
Ness works the jab nicely.

Echano tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Echano gets tackled into the cage by Ness. Ness maintains the clinch.

It looks like Jan Jan Echano has been cut.

Echano is trying to push Ness away but Ness has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
