Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frankie Shepherd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josey Wales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shepherd comes to the cage accompanied by Head Like A Hole - Nine Inch Nails. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepherd thows a left - swing and a miss!
Shepherd throws a series of punches but Wales avoids them all with ease.
Shepherd throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wales is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Shepherd.
Wales avoids the body shot from Shepherd.
Wales takes a kick to the side of the head.
Shepherd ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wales moves away.

Wales forces Shepherd back against the cage and clinches.
Wales blocks an elbow strike.

Wales connects with a nasty looking knee right to Shepherd's face.

It looks like Frankie Shepherd has been cut.
Shepherd using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Wales has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Shepherd's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wales avoids the body shot from Shepherd.
Wales throws a hook but Shepherd avoids it easily.
Wales loads up on a big right hand but Shepherd slips the punch.
Wales fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Shepherd avoids it really well and circles away.
Shepherd cracks Wales with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Shepherd tests Wales's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Shepherd displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wales.
Shepherd jabs Wales to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Shepherd fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Shepherd throws a low kick, looking for Wales's leg but Wales calmly moves out of range.
Shepherd is looking to wear down Wales with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Shepherd fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Wales shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Shepherd throws a head kick that misses.

Shepherd connects with a stiff jab that staggers Wales - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
