Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gavin misses the jab.
Staton looks to land a combination but Gavin avoids it well.

No joy there for Staton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Staton throws a hook to the side of Gavin's head but Gavin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Staton fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gavin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Staton throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Staton staying out of range there.

Staton misses with a straight right.
Staton stalks Gavin and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gavin's face. Gavin staggers backwards, shaken.
Gavin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Staton throws a series of punches but Gavin moves out of range.
Staton takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Staton throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gavin swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Dennis Gavin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
