Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rice Boyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Mayweather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyd keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mayweather.
Mayweather scores with a one two! Boyd had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Mayweather throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Boyd has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Mayweather.
No luck for Boyd with that takedown attempt.
Mayweather misses with a few strikes there.
Mayweather's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Mayweather duly obliges.
Boyd tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mayweather swats him away and circles back towards the center.
No joy there for Mayweather, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mayweather throws a series of punches but Boyd avoids them all with ease.
Mayweather works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Floyd Mayweather seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mayweather throws a head kick but Boyd moves out of range.
Boyd tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mayweather swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Boyd shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Mayweather's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Boyd swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Mayweather is now in Boyd's guard. A big mistake from Boyd there, giving up the dominant position!

Mayweather would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Boyd is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mayweather is aware though and is defending well.

Mayweather wants to get up but he can't break Boyd's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Mayweather decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Boyd, up you get!
Mayweather moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Mayweather digs a good body shot into Boyd's ribs.
Mayweather avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boyd shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mayweather but Mayweather pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mayweather pulls out of a head kick attempt.

The fighters circle, before Mayweather throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Boyd's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Mayweather lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
