Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Slim Chodeson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joker Goth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chodeson comes to the cage accompanied by Pass The Dutchie - Musical Youth. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goth misses with a jab, cross combination.
An inside leg kick lands from Chodeson.
Goth shoots in looking for a takedown. Chodeson tries to sprawl out of it but Goth keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chodeson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Goth is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Goth shoots for a takedown but Chodeson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Goth wants to clinch up but Chodeson keeps it at a distance.
Goth throws a series of punches but Chodeson moves out of range.
Chodeson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Chodeson!

Goth blocks a head kick by Chodeson.
Goth steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Chodeson. That one must have hurt.
Goth takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Goth on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chodeson keeps Goth at a distance using the push kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Chodeson lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Chodeson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chodeson is pressing down on Goth's thigh, looking to free his foot. Goth is holding on for now.

Chodeson content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Chodeson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Chodeson avoids the attempt from Goth to control.

Goth controls the position.

Chodeson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
You get the feeling that Goth really doesn't like being in this position too much.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Slim Chodeson dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Goth throws a right hand that Chodeson ducks under and follows up with a left that Chodeson also avoids with ease.
A thudding body kick lands there by Chodeson!
Chodeson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Goth.
Chodeson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Chodeson lands a knee to the head.
Chodeson jumps guard and drags Goth to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Goth wanted to stand there but Chodeson had control of the position.
Chodeson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Goth is one step ahead there.
Chodeson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Chodeson stalling away here and it's allowed Goth to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Chodeson looking to sit in guard and control but Goth gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Goth postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Chodeson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Goth is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Chodeson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Goth!

Goth sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Goth is trying to maintain the position but Chodeson is very close to passing his half guard.
Goth is doing well to control the position and prevent Chodeson from advancing to side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Chodeson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Goth knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Goth makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Chodeson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Goth.
Goth swings for the body but Chodeson moves out of range.
Goth wants to clinch.
A slapping body kick lands there for Chodeson.
Chodeson leaves Goth with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Goth steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Chodeson. That one must have hurt.
Chodeson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Chodeson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Goth shoots in but Chodeson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Chodeson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Left hook, right uppercut from Chodeson.
Chodeson looks to land a combination but Goth avoids it well.
Goth takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Chodeson throws a head kick but Goth moves out of range.

Goth shoots in but no luck this time.
Slim Chodeson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joker Goth.
Chodeson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Goth sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Chodeson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Chodeson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Chodeson throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Chodeson connects with a high kick.
A jab lands there for Chodeson.

Goth is trying desperately to land a takedown but Chodeson is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Goth.
Goth fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chodeson avoids it really well and circles away.
Chodeson throws a head kick that half lands.
Joker Goth has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Slim Chodeson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Chodeson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Chodeson throws a front kick that sends Goth stumbling back into the cage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Goth looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Chodeson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Chodeson throws a nice looking combination but Goth bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Chodeson misses with a few strikes there.
Goth changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Chodeson moves into range and clinches up with Goth.
Chodeson wants to break free but Goth has control.
Chodeson lands a good knee to the midsection. Goth won't want to take too many of those.
Goth keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Chodeson's efforts to push away.

Goth has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Chodeson.

Chodeson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Goth sprawls well initially but Chodeson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Slim Chodeson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Goth tries to roll over but Chodeson keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
