Gonzaga feints and as Akker raises his hands in defense, Gonzaga changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Gonzaga stands up from Akker's guard - Gonzaga perhaps looking for a knockout.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Akker! Gonzaga is out on his feet! Akker rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Gonzaga is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Gonzaga is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
