With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Desmond Bryant!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dow shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bryant as he jumps to the side.

Dow gets the takedown into side control.
Dow could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Dow throwing strikes but Bryant manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
You can see the frustration on Dow's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bryant trying to control the position but Dow is working away.
Dow is looking for a sweep.
Bryant tries to advance to mount but can't.

Bryant wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dow, who protects the arm well.
Dow tries to improve position but can't.
Bryant tries to move to mount but Dow blocks the move with his legs.
Dow is looking to reverse the position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bryant fails to move to back control.
Dow regains half guard.

Bryant is looking for a kimura but Dow is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bryant to get the leverage.
Dow slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Dow escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bryant gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dow tries to strike from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Desmond Bryant has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dow.
Bryant circles away from the clinch attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bryant looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bryant displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dow.

Dow takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Dow has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Bryant celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
