The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowness keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Hart shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bowness as he jumps to the side.

Hart closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Bowness is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Bowness wants to improve his position but Hart is controlling well.
Hart tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bowness knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Bowness regains full guard. Nicely done.
Hart trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Bowness manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
