The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shubaka shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jensen pinned against the cage. Jensen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Shubaka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jensen but Jensen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Shiko Shubaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shubaka shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jensen sprawls well. Jensen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Shubaka gets slowly back to his feet.

Jensen leaves Shubaka with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Shubaka shoots in looking for a takedown. Jensen tries to sprawl out of it but Shubaka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jensen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Shubaka has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Shubaka there as he acknowledges the shot.

Shubaka shoots for a takedown but Jensen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
