Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
joe shoots in but Elkins avoids the takedown attempt easily.
joe walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
joe steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Elkins.
Elkins digs a good hook to joe's body.
joe shoots in for a takedown but Elkins shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sloppy strikes from joe. Those never looked like landing.
joe dives in and grabs Elkins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Elkins pushes down on joe's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marc joe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Elkins with a nice cross.
Elkins lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Elkins lands an overhand right.
joe takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Elkins looks to throw the jab but joe is out of range.

joe on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
A decent looking cross lands there for Elkins.
Oh joe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
joe uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Elkins.
Sloppy strikes from joe. Those never looked like landing.
joe seems to have got his legs back now.
joe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Elkins tries to avoid it but joe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Elkins to the ground. Elkins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Good work by Elkins as he checks the leg kick.
joe ducks right into an uppercut from Elkins.

Elkins avoids the head kick by joe.
Elkins fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops joe to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! joe looks to clinch but Elkins throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! joe taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
