Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Erik Henderson!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Askiban fails with an attempt to clinch.
Askiban shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Henderson as he avoids it easily.
Henderson digs a good hook to Askiban's body.
Askiban is looking to clinch but Henderson is avoiding it.
Askiban tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Henderson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Askiban on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Henderson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Vonatletzin Askiban has been cut.

Henderson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Askiban to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Askiban won't allow Henderson to get back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Askiban trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Henderson wants to control but Askiban passes easily into half guard.
Henderson wants to get back to his feet.

Askiban lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Henderson tries to get to full guard but Askiban has control of the leg.

Askiban is trying to work for a kimura but Henderson is defending well.
Henderson pushes Askiban off looking to stand but Askiban dives back in and keeps control.
Henderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Askiban. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Askiban is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Henderson sees it coming and defends easily.
Askiban is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Askiban is breathing heavily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Askiban is nestled in close to Henderson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Henderson trying to control from the bottom.
Askiban with the ground and pound but Henderson uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Henderson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Askiban postures up in Henderson's guard and throws a big left but Henderson blocks it.
Henderson working a defensive guard but Askiban manages to pass into side control anyway.

Askiban in side control lands a decent elbow.

Askiban has an Americana. Henderson didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Askiban is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Askiban hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
