Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Gun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gun has chosen Bad Ass as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans looks to throw the jab but Gun is out of range.
Evans misses with a few strikes there.
Gun lands a leg kick that knocks Evans off balance momentarily.
Evans tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gun swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Evans shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Evans showed some decent athleticism there.
Gun wants to get back to his feet.

Gun wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Evans tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gun manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Evans is breathing heavily.

and Gun counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Evans is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Gun feints and then cracks Evans's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Evans down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Evans tries to clinch but Gun moves away
and Gun counters with a one-two to the body.
Gun throws a head kick that Evans semi-blocks.
Evans takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Evans sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
