The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klein is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.
Smith scores with a jab to the jaw.
Smith shoots in and drives through. Klein sprawls well.
Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by Klein which made him look bad.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Smith.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jasper Smith. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Klein is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.
Smith fails with the takedown.
Smith gets a clinch.
Smith escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Smith lands with a hook. Klein tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Smith tries to score a power double leg takedown but Klein sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Smith somewhat.
Smith shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Smith wants to control but Klein is keeping him busy.
Klein wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith passes to side control.
Smith is trying to get an arm triangle but Klein is defending well.
Smith has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Hans Klein is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Klein darts in trying to clinch
and Smith decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Klein's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smith slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Smith has hold of Klein's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Klein seems comfortable defending it but Smith has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Klein is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Klein is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Smith couldn't care less - he's delighted!
