The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieri defending well as Dent loads up on a big left hand.
Dent throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Vieri stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A jab from Dent misses.
Vieri misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dent.
Vieri scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Pru Dent has been cut.
Dent moves into range and connects with a jab.
Dent dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Vieri takes a jab right on the kisser.
Vieri throws the left hand but Dent avoids the punch easily.
Vieri connects with the punch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dent throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dent lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Dent digs a good hook to Vieri's body.
Dent misses with a hook. Vieri ducked under it nicely.
Dent scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Nice uppercut lands for Dent. That snapped Vieri's head back.

Vieri drops his hands momentarily and Dent takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Oooooh!!! Dent has knocked Vieri down with a huge combo! Dent steps away and waves a wobbly Vieri back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dent drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Vieri right on the button. Vieri goes down! Dent follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Dent gets the win via TKO!
