Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey scores with a shot to the body.
Joe misses with a low kick as Grey jumps back.
Grey avoids the head kick by Joe.
Joe has Grey up against the cage in a clinch.
Grey misses with a hook from the clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Joe as Grey tries to tie him up.
Joe has Grey pressed against the cage, preventing Grey from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Joe misses with an elbow over the top.

Grey trying to stall but Joe improves his position.

Joe fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Grey avoids it really well and circles away.

Joe throws a chopping leg kick but Grey manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Joe tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Grey is able to avoid easily.
Joe dodges the punch combination from Grey.
Joe fails in his attempt to clinch.
Grey throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Grey tries for a takedown but Joe circles away easily
and Joe counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Grey!
Grey is squirming around, avoiding Joe's attempts to control the action.
Grey tries to lock up and control but Joe gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Grey is wriggling around trying to escape.
Grey tries to hold on but Joe pushes him away.
Grey is desperately trying to improve his position but Joe has a good base and remains in mount.
Grey is working hard here to advance position.

Joe has hold of Grey's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Grey manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Joe throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Grey because Joe loaded up on that one.
Grey knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Joe on the ground.
Grey is desperately trying to improve his position but Joe has a good base and remains in mount.
Joe tries to control but Grey wriggling away.
Grey is looking to get to half guard.

Grey is squirming around, avoiding Joe's attempts to control the action.
Joe throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Grey tries to hold on but Joe postures up.

Joe misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Grey is wriggling around trying to escape.

Joe scores with a couple of good head shots there.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Robot Joe dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
A telegraphed right hand from Grey misses the target.
Grey throws a jab when Joe was well out of range.
Grey misses with a looping left.
Joe moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Joe thumps Grey with a low kick.
Joe uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Grey.
Desmond Grey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joe takes one to the chin there.
Joe moves away from the strike by Grey.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Joe, right into the meat.
Joe lands a leg kick that knocks Grey off balance momentarily.
Grey misses with a straight left.
Grey jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Grey misses with a straight left.
A thudding body kick lands there by Joe!

Grey falls off balance throwing a combination
and Joe counters with a good low kick that Grey was not able to check.
Joe lands a head kick. Grey smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Desmond Grey has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Grey. Joe does a little dance to reset his feet.
The fighters circling - Grey throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Joe shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Joe is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Grey defends it well.
The fighters are battling for position here. Grey manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Joe works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Grey keeping control of the position.
Joe seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Grey is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
