Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Google Bing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiroko Matsumato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matsumato has chosen My Pre Fight Warmup as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Google Bing!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hiroko Matsumato!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Matsumato throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bing tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Matsumato is in Bing's guard.
Matsumato not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bing wants to control the position but Matsumato says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Matsumato trying to pass the guard but Bing defending well.
Matsumato is thwarting Bing's attempts to control the position.
Bing tries to get to full guard but Matsumato has control of the leg.
Matsumato is pressing down on Bing's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bing is holding on for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Matsumato controlling the pace.
Matsumato moves into full mount! Bing won't be happy about that!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Matsumato takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Let's hope that Matsumato has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Matsumato avoids the attempt from Bing to control.

Bing is trying desperately to improve position.
Matsumato controlling his opponent.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bing tries to reverse the position but Matsumato maintains control.
Matsumato looking to control and managing it successfully.
Bing tries to hold on but Matsumato pushes him away.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Matsumato controlling the pace for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Bing's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Matsumato keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Bing wants to control but Matsumato is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Matsumato seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Bing is trying to get back to full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Matsumato closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Matsumato lands in his opponent's guard.
Matsumato is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Matsumato passes Bing's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Matsumato passes to full mount!

Bing tries to hold on but Matsumato postures up.
Matsumato controlling the pace for now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bing is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bing tries to improve his position but instead Matsumato has taken his back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hiroko Matsumato showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Matsumato shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Matsumato was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Bing tries to control Matsumato's body but Matsumato pushes him off. Bing squirms to his side and now Matsumato has his back!
Bing just trying to survive but Matsumato is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

Matsumato really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Bing.
Bing trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Hiroko Matsumato is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Matsumato is riding his opponent, not letting Bing buck him off.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bing tries for a takedown but Matsumato circles away easily

and Matsumato counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Bing will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bing is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Bing looking for a guillotine here but Matsumato defends easily.
Matsumato controls from within his opponent's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bing is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Matsumato wants to pass the guard but Bing is keeping the position.
Google Bing has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Matsumato is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Hiroko Matsumato comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Matsumato has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
