Johansson comes to the cage accompanied by Biz Markie - Just a Friend. Roberts has chosen Down With The King as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johansson misses with a takedown attempt - Roberts sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Johansson tries to clinch there but Roberts circles away.
Chris Johansson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johansson shoots for a double leg takedown but Roberts sprawls well. He's pushed Johansson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Johansson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Roberts does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Roberts is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Johansson pulls his head out easily.

Roberts had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Johansson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Roberts Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Johansson's back instead.

Roberts is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Johansson has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Roberts has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Johansson taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Roberts doesn't care though - he's delighted!
