The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fanning throws a nice looking combination but Dwyer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fanning tries to bum rush Dwyer with a series of wild strikes but Dwyer uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fanning will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fanning misses with a body shot.
Fanning throws a right hand that Dwyer ducks under and follows up with a left that Dwyer also avoids with ease.
Fanning swings for the body but Dwyer moves out of range.
Fanning misses with a two punch combination.
Dwyer pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Fanning throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dwyer ducks under a wild hook from Fanning.
Fanning throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dwyer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Fanning to counter with a crisp jab.
Fanning closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Dwyer misses with a double jab
and Fanning connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fanning falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dwyer counters with a three punch combo that has Fanning backing up. Fanning nods at Dwyer to acknowledge the strikes.
Fanning swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dwyer counters with a straight that turns Fanning's legs to rubber! Dwyer pushes forward with more strikes and Fanning goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
