Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrus Nuut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People. Nuut is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by "My Favorite Ladies"-MF DOOM. Paulo Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Andrus Nuut's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuut checks a low kick from Silva.
Nuut throws a sloppy body shot
and Silva counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Nuut thinking.
Silva just misses with a punch to the body.
Silva jabs Nuut right on the nose. Nuut blinks but takes it well.
Nuut rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Silva counters with a left to the body.
Nuut misses with a hook
and Silva counters with a right hand to the body.
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nuut throws a right hand that misses
and Nuut takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nuut misses with a left hand
and Silva counters with a left to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva lands with a good body shot.

Silva looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Nuut keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.

Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nuut has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silva has managed to get both his arms back between Nuut's legs - danger averted.
Nuut looks gassed!

Nuut is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Silva defends well.
Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Nuut is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Silva is really struggling to control Nuut but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Silva pushes down on Nuut's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Nuut is in trouble now - Silva has advanced to mount!
Nuut is in all sorts of trouble here.
Silva controlling the pace for now.

Silva with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Silva breaks from Nuut's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nuut tries to hold on but Silva pushes him away.

Silva is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Nuut has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Nuut!

Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nuut can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Silva tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Silva is looking to sinch up a triangle. Nuut throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Silva's body to avoid the submission. Silva has instead reached around Nuut's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Silva arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
