The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Silva tries to pass to full mount but Aruba defends it.

That was a close round but I would say that Paulo Silva will probably get the nod.

Silva bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Silva is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Aruba locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Silva is forced to tap!
